PTH Light Steel System Uses Advanced Fully Automatic Production Line

Light gauge steel house has the characteristics of light weight, large span, good wind and earthquake resistance, excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation and other indicators. It is a green building system with high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and in line with the policy of sustainable development.

It is suitable for villas, multi-storey houses, holiday villages, clubs and other civil buildings, as well as building floors, flat roofs, light internal partitions and so on. Can be pre-assembled, the wall includes pre-installed exterior wall enclosure, insulation and windows. The roof truss system can also be provided to developers in the form of pre-assembly, which greatly shortens the construction period compared with traditional construction methods.

PTH’s Light Gauge Steel (LGS) systems are manufactured from FrameCAD software and Heyes cold forming technology, which is the state-of-the-art fully automatic production line with tolerance to 0.5 mm.

LGS studs are made from high strength G550 steel with AZ150 coating, it possesses light weight, high strength and anti-corrosion treatment, with an over 50 years life expectancy.
